01

Last quarter's battlecard is already wrong about someone.

The companies you sell against change their pitch constantly, and no rep re-reads a forty-page playbook between calls. So the prep meant to keep you sharp is the prep nobody does.

Every visit generates a fresh scenario, so the drill never goes stale.

Each round is generated live against a single file I keep current on what's true about each competitor, so the coaching never drifts from the facts. Change that one file and the whole drill retargets to a different product and a different set of rivals.

It coaches the winning play instead of grading the answer.

You drop into a real-shaped account with a named competitor and three ways to play it. The reveal tells you why the best play wins, what the buyer pushes back with, and how to handle it.

Ten minutes before the call is enough.

The drill keeps a record of where you win and where you drop, and day two opens on your weakest rival. Each new scenario generates on the spot, and the screen counts the wait out loud.

verified

  • The next round loads while you read the last one, so it never makes you wait.
  • Each play maps to a repeatable move a rep can take straight into a call.
  • Point the drill at one rival or one competitive move and it serves exactly that, honored on every forced pull in testing.
  • You can play the whole thing from the keyboard, and your streak saves between sessions.

scope

  • It's a drill, not a training platform. No logins, no course tracking, on purpose.
  • The competitor data here is a demo set built from public info. The real product is the engine and how fast it retargets.

how i built it

  • I built this with Claude Code. My job was the judgment: what it should do, what it must never do, and whether the output was honest enough to ship.
  • One file holds what is true about each competitor. The scenarios and the fact-checking both read from it, so the coaching cannot drift from the source.
  • The waiting is designed. The first round starts generating while you read the page, and the next one while you read the coaching.
