The Handoff
Paste an inherited account's notes and get its buying committee, exposure, and next move back in one call.
01 the number that stalled
A rep leaves. The account stays. Everything that made it warm walks out in someone's head: who holds the budget, who is quietly against you, which thread the deal hangs on. Annual turnover among US salespeople runs as high as 27%, twice the overall labor force (Harvard Business Review, 2017). Deals rarely die from bad product. They die from inherited blindness.
02 the system built
The Handoff makes an inherited account legible in one call. Paste whatever you have, whether messy notes, a structured roster, or last week's meeting notes. A single Anthropic API call returns the full read. It maps and tiers the buying committee. It flags exposure: single-thread risk, unreached power, uncountered blockers. It ranks the blind spots as questions to go answer. And it names one move to power, with the first working session as a checkable plan.
The map shows what it knows and how sure it is. Confidence renders as ring weight, coverage as threads, and gaps stay visible. Better input earns a sharper read. The same account, seen through three lenses, even locates power differently as the information improves. The tool maps. You call the move.

verified
- ✓Live inference with structured output. One call returns the full read.
- ✓Referential integrity holds under repeated production runs.
- ✓Three input modes, from messy notes to a structured roster.
- ✓The plan, people, and intel workspace.
- ✓Deployed behind rate limiting, with the key held server-side.
scope
- →No persistence, no accounts, no saved maps, by design. The value is the read, never storage.
- →The living-CRM version is a product thesis, not this build.
